I made a similar suggestion on the NHL board, so I figured I should here as well. While it's less applicable, it might also be useful.
Perhaps the "Minor Leagues" board should be changed to "Minor Leagues, Independent Leagues and NCAA" to encompass all leagues below the majors. Also might be good to include the MLB Draft in there. None of those categories warrant a board by themselves, but it seems like they would logically go together.
Also, there seems to be a lack of a place to discuss international baseball. This would include Japanese and Latin American leagues, the World Baseball Classic, and the Olympics.
