OT: Who wants to sex Mutombo?

I still cant figure out how to message mods on the new system, so I figured I'd just ask my question here. I was recently asked to change my username from "Who wants to sex Mutombo" to "wwtsm." I'm still unsure as to why I was asked to change my username, but given my history on this board with it I would like to change it back. How should I go about doing this? Thanks.

I agree that your old name is a keeper. I forget exactly what it was you posted that was outside TOS but it seemed pretty harmless to me. Don't know if it's a lengh issue, a "sex" in the name issue or something esle.

Seems to me, worst comes to worse, you can write "Who Wants to Sex Mutombo" in your location.

And I find it funny that you've been demoted to BenchWarmer, but that happened to a lot of people. :-)

I'm guessing length issue. I doubt they'd just randomly ask you to change your name.

I find it odd that on the older, slower board there was no issue with the name. Now the new & improved high bandwidth board can't handle the length of someone's name?

Dude I remember like about this time last year, I saw your name and the avatar and literally laughed out loud at my office for like 20 minutes. It was (and is) still the greatest name I've ever come across on any board. Hell I even put it as an away message sometimes. It's beautiful.

Hey what's the deal with this topic? When someone new posts, it doesn't get bumped and on the forums page it has a weird icon where the round circle with lines usually is; there is a blow arrow pointing to the top left along with the usual encircled lines.
