Problem with admin activation?

I had to message an admin once before about this...but I've got a friend who is trying to register here, and he has used email validation already, and his account has yet to be activated by an admin, and it's been quite some time now.

I tried PM'ing an admin just now, but I can't seem to do it.

Does he have a correct e-mail address? You have to have a paid e-mail address to sign up here I believe.

I'm having the same exact problem too!

My friend's user is D12 Dunkz and he said he hasnt received an activation e-mail yet.
