What the crap is going on, why does it say that I'm not allowed to search? It's been working fine for past weeks, but now suddenly it's been disappearing in boards randomly, and often I just get:

"Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system."

+1. ego search or search other user's posts both give me that message.

yep and there used to be a bar at the bottom of the forum that let you seach the site

The search functions was a nice tool to have. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Agree, my feedback would be that it is annoying to not have the search function, and my suggestion would be to fix it.

Viewing your post doesn't. It didnt work for a while after the new site was up but a week ago its functions doesn't work anymore.

How is someone supposed to keep track of the threads they've posted in? Seriously? Anyone know of a third party program?

Yeah, I'm not really happy about losing the viewing your own posts function. I'm steaming mad about it.

I might even post in this thread again if it isn't fixed soon, as drastic as that sounds.

This is becoming really annoying, 12 days have passed and zero progress has been made.. No admins at all have even replied to this thread so it seems like it's just being ignored.. I really don't get it, it was working fine, what F'd it up permanently? Why not switch to another forum software if we can't even PM or Search?? It's been months with no PMing, what's up with that? Can't even search at all, an integral feature for a forum.. it's time to realize this software is crappy and change it

I have to agree. These guys are simply lazy. Look at other boards that have heavy traffic and they still have searching and viewing your post.

I'm disappointed as well.

The Search function seemed to be working great when the new software was first introduced. But, then it would mysteriously go away for short periods of time, without any explanation from the mods as to why.

Now, it has been gone for quite a while, which has lessened the site. Too bad...

the "View your posts" and search functions are one of the most important parts of any forum. i don't understand why they haven't been fixed.

I'm still unable to search through my own post history which is more than a little disappointing. I have had no choice but to post yet again in this thread to voice my displeasure. I like to keep my post count down to a minimum so it is a little upsetting that I must waste one of my valuable and treasured posts to bring this to the attention of the big wigs that run the show.

Please can we get this issue resolved? It now just kicks me to the index page when I select the view my own posts function.

In order to bring peace and happiness to a once very satisfied customer please make this request a high priority. Together I know we can work in harmony to make this world a better a place and begins with my ability to see my post history.
