When trying to change my signature, which is 400x90, i get the error:

It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

whats going on??

nvm. randomly started working.

Bump. I've been trying to change mine for a couple of days. Sorry for bumping, I saw there have been a couple threads asking about this in the past, but the verdict of those threads was that it was an RGM problem that would be fixed. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Have tried JPG, GIF and PNG and I'm using Photobucket. I currently use a pic in my banner that is hosted in my same Photobucket account so I can't figure out why my new one(s) won't work.

WOW. Searched google to look through the entire forum and didn't see thread like 4 below this.

I need some shut eye. But yeah, same problem as them.

So is this issue going to be solved anytime soon? I want to put a sig up, but the "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image" message keeps popping up.

Yeah, I am still having this problem. Very annoying...

The problem is that our forum is synchronized across multiple servers so sometimes when you click submit to update your signature the request is sent on a different server so it doesn't share the information you entered. It's a problem that I run into all the time when I make changes to the forum. You simply need to continue to submit your sig changes until it's picked up by the correct server.

If you still are having problems try doing a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl + F5) and then submit the new sig. If that doesn't work and you still cannot get your sig to work, post a link to the image you want to use and Howard or I will try and update your sig for you.
