When someone makes a thread that doesn't clue you into the topic right away can it be changed? Like the Blagojavich thread. It is a huge story and the title is not descriptive. Even if you just add a Blagojovich: before the OPs title. There was a locked thread because of it, and it really shouldn't have been locked. Some threads are of interest to and some aren't. We should be able to know by the thread title if possible.
