Can I be removed from the COPPA group?

Post#1 » by DC2 » Sun Jun 28, 2009 5:20 am

When I joined it was an accident when I clicked that I was underage (i'm 19) and I think it's keeping me from doing some things on the board, and i'm sure some people take what I say with a grain of salt when they see registered COPPA users in my profile.

Do you actually believe non-mods are looking at your profile to check to see if your a COPPA user?

Before now, I'd often ask the question "this idiot has to be younger than 13, right?" Now I know that the question by answered with a quick look at their profile...thanks, OP!

COPPA is to NAMBLA as an Early Bird special is to retirees in Boca.

i have the same problem and i even remember complaining about it when i registered and they said they'll take care of it. I registered with a university email, how many twelve year old university students are out there?

edit: i have the email where i emailed some realgm admin about this problem and they said it doesn't make a difference. I can send a copy to an admin

Nobody can use the search system.
