PM Function is Locked

Does anyone know why my PM function is locked? I've never sent a PM, but I just received my first one and can't reply to it.

PMs between users and Mods (meaning a user replying back to a Mod, or PMing a Mod) is currently down since the massive Board Upgrades due to a System Glitch that they're working on resolving asap. They will be back up and running sometime in the near future.

Team Board Mods many times have provided a group email account (the info is usually stickied on the respective Team Board), so that they ca reply back to the Mod(s) of their Team Board until the glitch is fixed.
