Hey I was wondering if members can ever send PM's if they get enough posts or something. There's some guys I would like to talk to personally in the Pacers forums but I can't because there's no PMming, please let me know.

The PM system is like Humpty Dumpty, it's in a real bad mess and we're waiting for the rest of the King's horses and King's men to get here so it can be put back together

So when it gets put back together, then we'll be able to PM again? Any idea how long that will be?

PMs between users and Mods (meaning a user replying back to a Mod, or PMing a Mod) is currently down since the massive Board Upgrades due to a System Glitch that they're working on resolving asap. They will be back up and running sometime in the near future.

PMs between users has been disabled between users FOR YEARS, due to abuse. These will NEVER return.

So they quickly put in a new Statistical analysis forum, but still don't have PM ability nor search function. Why do the admins lie to us when they say they are working on it, or that it will soon be resolved? That's obviously not true. Why can't they just restore the basic functions of the forum, every forum that i've used has the ability to private message, and allows users to search, except this forum.

Add a new forum category takes MINUTES, fixing the PM system does not...

Well none of you were around but we had a massive problem with the PM with everyone having access to them. We would get spammed constantly.

Umm, I've been around for a while. Never happened.

We need to revolt against these tyrants and fight for our PM(s)

Yes, I also thought at the beginning that it's a meter of number of post or something like that.

Also what about the search system. I get the message "Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system."

same deal. It is a matter of national security. Although they cannot discuss the details, i assure you that they have been working feverishly for the past 2 years to bring it back.
