Nonstop around the clock - on weekends throughout until the wee hours of the morning when they take a break for a cup of coffee and a power bar, then back fulfilling demands. I think you can find out how to resize a video yourself on the Google.
Streaming links, however, slow the boards down and before you cry foul that many have them, that just might change since RealGM is constantly gaining members, and there's just so much the server can handle.
