Ban

Not sure how this goes, but I'd like to get information as to why/how come "ClutchCityOwns" has been able to start multiple threads on the General Board baiting myself and other Magic fans. He starts random threads such as. . .

I just don't think it's fair and right that he's able to continue to do this without a suspension or even a possible ban. As a magic fan, I know we don't have the "best rep" either, but something should be done.
