Complaint about LittleOzzy

I think this job is really getting to him, he acts like a huge pompous jerk. I'm not going to get into his demeanour because thats his problem but I have to make note of it when it concerns an abuse of power leading to me getting warned.

So this is my "warning"

first of all thats not baiting thats me expressing my belief that we indeed evolved from algae, and second of all stop backseat moderating and derailing the thread if you want to start following rules.

I would suggest you start following your own advice. This too is considered backseat moderating and a warning has been added to your profile because of it.

I dont see how getting fed up with 'haters' is considered baiting. Baiting into what? If you want to warn me for something go ahead, but dont pick something at random like that and warn me for it because you feel like it. Have a bit more judgement then that. I usually wouldnt, and if I could find some hash I would but hes just so full of himself and his little bit of authority. Gets to peoples heads sometimes, its common.

Well, I guess it starts with you calling posters you don't agree with "clowns" and "haters". Then goes from there with such gems as:

"I dont put people on ignore, I just ignore people. And seriously your opinion is worthless to me now."

and

"you've got memory problems, you've admitted so yourself. I cant trust your judgement anymore."

or

"You are either not a fan or just ignorant of facts and therefore have to make a lot of assumptions."


Lemonhash - I gave you guys 3 or 4 warnings in the one thread alone and each time you just kept on barking. Ego driven drivel, I'm right your wrong type crap. The fact is, when you guys actually debated using facts it was a good discussion, but the moment you start calling people names and trying to simply dismiss their thoughts as the verbal diarrhea of a hater - then guess what? YOU AND YOUR ARGUMENT LOOK WEAK. Anyone who has to resort to name calling is already fighting a losing battle.

Truth be told, be happy that you only received a warning for your argument in that thread with MustardTiger. You were warned many times.

and Ozzy is ANYTHING but pompous. sorry, but he's probably one of the better mods out there. complain all you like, but please reflect upon why you received that warning in the first place. once you do, you will probably stop your complaining and man up to why he had to warn you for your behaviours.

Ok I would not have a problem getting warned for 'attacking posters' or whatever you want to call it, but to simply jump in there and pick something random and SILLY as that then I have to question the moderators judgement in that. Now for whatever reason I were to actually start backseat moderating another mod can go back into my account and see I got a warning for backseat moderating already and the punishment would be harsher.

I think thats the problem, he needs to step back and take a deep breath. He does things like creating a thread to bump another thread and then immediately locking it. Or locking topics without giving the discussion a chance to catch a second wind by 'moderating' the discussion in a better direction. I can see yogi and yuri do that and appreciate it but ozzy seems too arrogant for that. If arrogant is not the word then I guess hes just ill suited for moderating duties.

First of all, you have received many warnings and have one of the longest rap sheets in your short time here.

LittleOzzy and the Raptors Moderators are doing a great job.

You need to look at your own conduct on our forums rather than blaming the moderators.

So if your answer is "you have a bad rap sheet already so what's another warning, you probably deserve it" then I guess I have no further cause to persew this because I'm already been labeled.

and others have their opinions of me and the other mods.

all i/we suggest is that you look after yourself first and make sure you aren't doing anything to deserve any warnings. the fight you got into with Mustard Tiger the other day was not your shining moment. things like that don't endear you to other posters. just sayin'.

so your opinion has been stated and we kind of agree to disagree. just keep your nose clean and you won't have to worry about Ozzy's "gross injustices" anymore.

Thats because nobody wanted to have a discussion in that thread and instead decided it was better to just crap on me (you included). I was genuinely interested in what others thought until i started getting ridiculed. I'm only human and its natural for someone to sink down to other peoples level. I can go back and pick up some of your quotes too that are baiting in nature and what not.

I had no idea that would be the reception I would receive and have not been back since (how many months?) Ya I'm only human, if I create a topic asking what you think of your team and I get 20 bozos telling me that bosh is leaving what do you want me to do lol. (oh btw maybe if you did your job as a moderator instead of baiting and proding like you did in that thread it would not have devolved into what it did and if you want i can go back and get some of your really nice quotes as well)

Anyways maybe if you guys had a better offseason I would not have been attacked so much for asking where they will finish in the conference. And if you would like a comparison, I posted THE EXACT SAME TOPIC on the NY board and didnt get attacked once and had a VERY nice discussion with some posters there. IT was just that you (yes you) decided to derail the thread and start throwing around the bosh is leaving card. Not sure why you would bring that up unless you wanted to get someone angry!

Thanks for your input however but like I said I never bothered to complain because I thought it was just silly and childish behaviour and left it at that. However I was not trolling and have not been back since once I learnt that kind of discussion can be had there. A 100% biased one.

The reason why posters jump on you from time to time is that you are, in fact, an insufferable tool. You've been given quite a bit of leash because toolishness is a little easier to accomodate in the off-season, but you're not a martyr, and Ozzy isn't persecuting you. Remember: realizing you have a problem with toolishness is the first step to combating your addiction to toolish behaviour.

Really? That's what happened? No it isn't. A- I wasn't speaking to you at all. B- A mod who had no part in the discussion thus far stepped in, and told you to leave. THEN, he gave you a full warning in blue:

Look at this shmuck trying to bait me into something. Yes I'm a tool, but as far as I know tools are useful and handy to have around which is more than I can say for yourself.
