Password change

I can't figure out how to do this. Could someone help me please.

User Control Panel (it's on the same row that says "FAQ | Members | Logout" Choose the Profile (tab) | Edit Account Settings (tab on the side). Then enter in your new password (twice) and your old (current) password and click 'submit'
