Is it possible to report someone as a banned poster. There is one that is following me around, and its obvious that he is one, yet he hasn't been banned yet.

Report a post from them and mention who it might be... we will look into the matter.
Fact is that we don't get enough reported posted of violations of the TOS before it is too late and things just go south.
