I'd like to add an avatar...

but don't know how to do it. It's nothing objectionable--just a modest pic of a pretty lady singer I am a big fan of. How do you go about doing this?
Edit: The title read " I'd like to add and avatar"

Go to your User Control Panel
Click Profile
Click Edit Avatar
Go and put a url of a picture that you like
Example for me
http://i42.tinypic.com/157eow8.gifPut 80 by 80 dimension.
and then push submit...
