I was wondering if there is a way to track your posts and see if someone replied to them. sort of like this [EDIT: Link removed]

Yes, there is:

--Go into your 'Control Panel', and click on 'Board Preferences'.
--Click on 'Editing Post Defaults'
--Set the last Option there ('Notify me upon replies by default') to 'Yes'
--Click Submit, and you're set.

Also, new Topics in a Thread are marked by a litlte star on the Thread's icon.
