So, there have been a lot of coaching changes in the D-League this offseason. Oklahoma City just met, and after 10 or so interviews, narrowed the Tulsa 66ers search to three candidates; Nate Tibbets (young up and comer from Sioux Falls Skyforce), Paul Woolpert (Yakima Kings) and incumbent Joey Meyer. They decided on Tibbets, but he declined, opting to stay in his home town of Sioux Falls. So they hired Woolpert, who comes from great success in the CBA.
Reno is said to be hiring Mark Price, who had a controversial stint coaching in Australia, and has been working as a shooting coach in the NBA the past couple seasons. They were supposed to announce this hire a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure what the hold-up is.
Albuquerque just lost Jeff Rulund to the NBA, and will look at hiring Joey Meyer and Phoenix assistant Jay Humphries.
Anaheim had a great offseason with the hiring of Sam Vincent, and he may be joined by Bobcats assistant Paul Mokeski to fill out his staff shortly.
Colorado made the worst hire in the league.
Erie brought in a very good coach in John Trelor. Heard nothing but great things about him.

Why was the Mark Price hire so controversial? One of the best shooters ever imo.
Do you think any of these guys have a shot at the league?
