Forward Coleman Hawkins is transferring from Illinois to Kansas State for his final season of college basketball. Hawkins is also signing a record-breaking $2 million NIL deal as part of his transfer.
Hawkins averaged 12.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.1 blocks in his final season at Illinois. The 6-foot-10 forward declared as an Early Entry Candidate for the 2024 NBA Draft, but then chose to withdraw. Hawkins then announced his intention to transfer for his final collegiate season.
