Mitchell Wiggins has passed away at the age of 64. Wiggins, drafted 23rd overall by Indiana before having his rights traded to Chicago, averaged 12.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in his rookie season with the Bulls. He also played for the 1986 Western Conference champion Rockets. Wiggins played briefly for the Philadelphia 76ers.
Wiggins was also the father of Andrew Wiggins. Andrew Wiggins took multiple leave of absences from the Golden State Warriors in recent years due to his undisclosed father's medical issue.
