Gary Payton II will be re-evaluated in one week due to a mild left calf strain, the Golden State Warriors announced.
Payton initially injured the calf on November 21 but re-aggravated the injury on Christmas Day.
Steph Curry will also miss the Warriors' game on Friday against the Clippers to manage bilateral knee pain.
Draymond Green is questionable for the game due to a lower back contusion.
