The Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors have again dropped below the NBA's roster minimums. The Kings and Warriors have to add a 14th player this week. This can be done via a 10 Day contract or through a rest-of-season signing.
The Kings dipped under the 14-player minimum when the 10 Day deal for Skal Labissiere expired last week. Sacramento is nearing their 28-day allowance for the season to be under 14 players. The Kings will need to sign a 14th player on March 18.
The Warriors fell to 13 players when Kevin Knox II's 10 Day contract expired last week. Golden State is also nearing their 28-day allowance. The Warriors will need to sign a 14th player by March 23. In addition, Golden State is closing in on having enough room under their first-apron hard cap to sign two players to rest-of-season contracts.
