The 6-foot-5 guard is considered a big, versatile playmaker. Saraf is averaging 12.3 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists across all competitions for Ratiopharm Ulm this season.
Saraf also has experience with the Israeli national team. He played in four EuroBasket qualifiers last year, averaging 8.3 points, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
ESPN has Saraf as a first-round pick in their latest mock draft. His range is anywhere from a late-lottery pick to the late-20s.
