Michael Jordan will be a special contributor to NBC's coverage of the NBA beginning this fall. "A legendary addition to our team! We're thrilled to welcome Michael Jordan as a special contributor to the NBA on NBC and Peacock," NBC said in a post to X accompanied by a short video from Jordan's playing days.
Jordan, who previously owned the Charlotte Hornets, has never previously worked in media.
NBC most recently held broadcast rights to the NBA in 2002 and its run is synonymous with Jordan's six championships with the Chicago Bulls.
