The Brooklyn Nets have re-signed guard Tyson Etienne to a two-way contract. Etienne originally joined the Nets on a two-way deal on March 4, 2025. The guard appeared in seven games as a reserve last season with Brooklyn, averaging 7.9 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 21.6 minutes per contest.
Etienne excelled with the Long Island Nets, starting 48 games and averaging 17.1 points on efficient shooting splits. He shot 46.4 percent from the field, 41.8 percent from three-point range and 79.4 percent from the free-throw line while contributing 3.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.4 steals in 34.5 minutes per game.
Etienne spent the previous two seasons with the College Park Skyhawks, the G League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks, appearing in 84 total contests. His consistent shooting ability and playmaking have made him a valuable developmental prospect.
