The Cavaliers plan to offer Wayne Ellington some type of contract for the 2013-14 season.
Ellington will be an unrestricted free agent this summer.
Cleveland would also like Marreese Speights to accept his $4.5 million player option for next season.

I don't see Speights wanting to stay. Scott hasn't given him much minutes even after monster games. Scott loves to have his token doghouse players and Speights has been skating on that edge. It's just the way Scott is and it drives fans crazy! Many times we needed him playing instead of unproductive Zeller. Ellington has won Scott's favor and he'll see alot of play time.
