OK, maybe a patriotic pirate.

A big boat w/ legs would definitely be my first choice. Or a sneak attack mascot like a pair of fingernail clippers. "oh you didn't know? Yea it's not the boat we're named after, it's actually fingernail clippers."

I would spend at least 5 grand on merchandise.

The Clippers need to change their name... That name represents nothing more than a history of losing, embarrassment, and cheating the fans out of a legitimate team. In their 45 year history, that franchise has absolutely nothing to be proud. Maybe 5 of those years they were actually trying to win basketball games and compete for a championship. Disgraceful. I'm shocked Steve Ballmer doesn't want to distance himself from the Clipper's deplorable past.

I hope the Clippers don't change their name.
Because if they win a Championship can you imagine how fun it would be to hear them announced as World Championships?
Especially they win a bunch of them.
