Is 30 the point where we stop growing?

Nope. But if you need to say this after 20, you're very immature.

So now you're saying we reach maturity at 20?
That's as crazy as your first comment.

It was a stock answer to a to a tired question.
You're trying too hard to spin it as a negative for Dwight and only making yourself look uninformed in the process.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a player saying he is trying to grow as a man, a teammate, and a leader.

Unlike you americans from United States, I like Dwight Howard, but his speech show how immature he is. It will be better for him to stay in silence.

And the old cliche. You show with actions, not with words.

I think your foolish belief that a person reaches full maturity at age 20, and that a man shouldn't continue to grow past 30,
as well as your snide comment about Americans clearly reveals your lack of maturity.
I'm sure that's the main reason why you fail to appreciate the meaning of Howard's words and continue to struggle to put them in context.
I'm also certain that's why you find it so difficult to accept correction.

You might be well served to take a cue from Dwight here and work on continuing to grow.
You appear to have plenty of room for it.
You checkin' for the sound of the beast
I'm the hound, I'ma creep, I get down, I'ma eat
I'ma keep somethin' to lay a naysayer to sleep
