Huh? Yes you could absolutely get as many 2nd rd picks for him, and as a Sixers fan i'd love to give you TJ McConnell for him (take a couple extra seconds while you're at it). You somehow flipped directly from 'maybe won't be as good as many hoped' to 'is pretty much worthless.' Reset at the first one and we'll be waiting to continue the conversation.

Yet everyone was saying how bad of a trade it was for the Lakers lol.

Just cuz they drafted Kuzma does not mean it was a good trade. Either way I’m just saying that was good drafting, that was not necessarily a good trade. If they drafted a player who appears to be a bust then it would be the same trade just bad drafting.

how bout saying that trade help lead to la getting enough space to sign lebron....is that a good trade now?

So glad we rid of dlo the way he approaches conversations or interviews such a turn off there's no personality or any touch of grace about him.

No way BKN extend him. They are doing everything possible to make cap space for next summer

Why TF are the Nets worrying about 2019?! They are two years away from being two years away. Draft a franchise player first.

They’re superstar shopping in free agency next year. Armed with a load of cap space, 2-3 first round picks, Russell and Allen.

Wow that's racist.

Idk, every time I fast forward 2 years in 2K he turns into the Goat. So they should probably keep him based off that.

Who knows? Maybe they draft a franchise player in June 2019 and get FAs July?

Injury history and maturity questions keep him back. However, if he can prove it this year and next, then he will get paid.

Either that, or if max FAs would sign, can renounce him (like Randle), or maybe sign an "extremely team friendly" team during RFA.
As wacky as it sounds, I'd love to see him in Phoenix with his buddy Booker. There would be 0 defense attempted, but that would be a fun team from an offensive standpoint.

When the "Butler being fed up with nonchalant KAT" came out, I proposed a Butler for DLo, Wiggins for Booker. Those three are buddies. D/O would still apply.

Butler has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more trade value that D'angelo

Sure, but he's a FA whereas DLo would be RFA.

They would only do something like that if they know they'd lose Butler for sure. OTOH, maybe the Nets could add something.
