2 2nd rounders would get it done without taking extra salary. I doubt they are going to take that extra year on his contract without more reward. They received a lightly protected 1st to take Iggy with a year of similar salary left. The Heat don't really have many 2nd rounders to offer anyway. How far into the future can you trade? They probably can't do 2027 yet.

They have a 2022 2nd round pick which is the worse of Philly/Denver

I think they can also offer the 31-50 range on their own 2024 2nd round pick (Atlanta has 51-55, Philly has 56-60)

Other than that here are the owners of the Heat 2nd round picks right now

2020 - Kings
2021 - Kings
2022 - Pacers
2023 - Mavs/Grizzlies
2024 - mentioned above
2025 - Pacers
2026 - Pacers

Iggy's kind of being a dick. He's refusing to play for them and still getting paid. You think Vince Carter would pull this crap, even though he has never won a title. Hell no, that is why Vince has got some class because he doesn't try to run away when it's hard. Iggy should be an example and a mentor to those young players in Memphis. It's not just about winning and success.Losing provides many teaching moments and opportunities to improve. I think they should buy him out, so they don't have this distraction. Their already paying him more right now to do nothing and doesn't exactly have value like that. On another hand they could just make him suffer and hold onto him. He would be sort of rusty for the next season after not playing for a whole year.
I don't think I Trust The Process anymore! :banghead:

G - James/Rondo/Cook
G - Bradley/Caruso/Caldwell-Pope/Daniels
F - Green/Iguodala
F - Davis/Kuzma/Dudley
C - McGee/Howard

Or the Clippers can sign him and trot out a rotation of:

G - Bev/Lou
G - George/Shamet
F - Kawhi/Iggy
F - Harkless/Green
C - Zubac/Trezz
