Monta Ellis will likely invoke the early termination option on his contract and become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
Ellis, 27, is on the books for $11 million next season.
Ellis’ scoring has wildly fluctuated this season -- he has shot 41 percent from the floor and 29 percent from three-point range.
