Kenneth Faried has won the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award, given out by the Pro Basketball Writers Association.

Tyson Chandler, Luol Deng, David Lee, Jason Terry, Kyle Korver and Tristan Thompson were also nominated.

The award goes to a player, coach or trainer who shows “outstanding service and dedication to the community.”

yes. these are regular season awards.

and i think they got the right guy. love tyson chandler, but faried has been great.
