Erik Spoelstra: Chris Bosh Is 'Our Most Important Player'

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sun May 19, 2013 5:44 am

After a strong performance in the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Chicago Bulls, Chris Bosh got his coach, Erik Spoelstra, to reiterate a point he has been making throughout the forward's run with the Miami Heat.

“He is our most important player for a reason,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “We’ve said that for three seasons. He allows everything to work on both ends of the court.”

Bosh averaged 13.6 points and 8.6 rebounds against the Bulls and limited Joakim Noah's rebounding impact.

I guess Spoelstra understands that Bosh needs this self esteem boost.

In reality, anyone with a brain can understand that Lebron James is the Heats best player. After him, there's Wade, the traditional poster boy of the Miami Heat, who gets the second most shots. Bosh is the odd man out. He's the one in need of the self esteem reinforcement.

I wonder if Bosh has figured this psychological truth? :D
