Rockets Prepared To Keep Asik, Lin

The Houston Rockets do not currently have plans to trade either Omer Asik or Jeremy Lin now that they have reached an agreement to sign Dwight Howard.

The Rockets have been reportedly discussing a trade involving either or both Asik and Lin.

The New Orleans Pelicans had been connected to Asik, but a source tells Marc Stein that there is no interest.

With Dwight Howard at center Jeremy Lin could be a super star again. Asik will need to learn to be a PF if he wants many minutes.

superstar? again? hahahahah. And I dont see Asik playing PF hes a legit center, wish we had him in Chicago still.

Super star? Where do you get that? Lin was fun to watch for a half season in NY. At best, the very best, he is a run-of-the-mill guard. A starter on teams that don't reach the playoffs or, perhaps, lose in the first round. The terms super star and great are thrown around with abandoned and diminish the status of those who truly are the best in the game.

HAHA never compare Lin to a superstar or ever star. He's not even an above average pg in the league. If anything he is average. I also agree that Asik is a center through and through.
