The Bucks won't be as bad as people seem to think they'll be next year. This is a solid signing. But between all of their offseason moves there seems to be very little long term upside.

Good acquisition by Milwaukee. Neal should have an upgrade in minutes and expectations.
Cleveland and Detroit upgraded their rosters, Chicago and Indiana are top four teams in the East.
It is possible to say that all five teams from the Central could go to the playoffs.
Miami, New York, Brooklyn and the Central Division.

It's getting to a point where teams are just giving these players contracts just to stay relevant.

This title changed a few times... it went from 2 year, $3m, to 2 year 3.5m, and then to 2-6m, and now finally landed on 2-7m.

Bucks fans are hoping this signing becomes official before Neal gets the max
