Brett Brown Believed To Be Favorite For 76ers' Vacancy

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Aug 2, 2013 2:32 pm

Brett Brown has emerged as the favorite to become the next head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers.

David Vanterpool, Michael Curry and Jay Larranaga are also considered viable candidates.

Josh Harris is expected to interview the finalists before the 76ers make a decision.

Brown also was reported as the likely replacement for Doug Collins on the night of the draft.

Brown is currently an assistant with the San Antonio Spurs.

Sixers have to control the news cycle. Just tank, Hinkie, and all is forgiven.
