Puerto Rico Beats Canada 78-71

Puerto Rico defeated Canada by a final score of 78-71 in the Tuto Marchand Continental Cup.


J.J. Barea had 23 points, eight assists and four rebounds to lead Puerto Rico.


Andrew Nicholson had 21 points on 9-for-15 shooting, while Tristan Thompson had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

If Indiana can get J.J. Barea, it might be the key antidote to beat Miami.... look at the the 2010 Mavs Championship team, it was Barea and Chandler that really helped Mavs to get the ring... even though Hibbert and Chandler are probably different type of players, but no doubt Hibbert is also considered one of the top centers in the league now, if they can somehow grab Barea...it might be Indiana's year to win it all.........
