Nenad Krstic had 20 points and nine rebounds to lead Serbia, while Nemanja Nedovic had 14 points, five rebounds and three assists.
Jonas Valanciunas had just two points, two rebounds and four fouls in 11 minutes. Mantas Kalnietis had 17 points.
