Sam Cassell Jr. has committed to Connecticut for the 14-15 season.

He made the annoucement via twitter saying, "blessed to say I have committed to the university of Connecticut."

Cassell Jr. will join Kevin Ollie after playing for Chipola College, a junior college in Florida. Cassell Jr. had committed to Maryland, but they did not accept some credits from his prep school.

Ollie played with Cassell Jr.'s father, Sam Cassell, as members of the Milwaukee Bucks.

He's still young but the guys gotta put on some weight is he wants a chance to play in the NBA.
