Nate Robinson Fined $25K For Public Criticism Of Referees

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Dec 6, 2013 6:59 pm

Nate Robinson has been fined $25,000 by the NBA due to his public criticism of officiating.

Robinson recently made comments saying he believes that the league's referees "hate" him in their officiating.

Robinson has had a strong start to the Denver Nuggets' season after helping lead the Chicago Bulls to the Eastern Conference semifinals last season.

Nate Robinson is known for chirping on and off the court, but the NBA has gotten very ridiculous with their rules and fines - players are people, let them show emotion, no need to turn the league into a bunch of robots.

Freedom of speech DENIED. Seriously though can't the players union fight that? I would straight up tell the league to go shove it, if they gave me a 25k fine for having the freedom to speak my mind. Who's the communist leader now stern?
