Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed Jan 15, 2014 6:13 am

The Los Angeles Clippers will sign Hedo Turkoglu to a contract for the remainder of the season.

Turkoglu had been looking for more than a 10-day contract since being waived by the Orlando Magic.

Turkoglu's deal is pending a physical.

It is tough to believe he had a work-out good enough to be signed for the remainder of the season. 10-day contract would make more sense to see what he has got left, since he looked like he was completely washed-up last season.

Doc Rivers must be satisfied with Hedo before the team signed him for rest of the season. No doubt we will see Hedo back to form with the Clippers.

Wow, Hedo did nothing in the last couple of years that warrants a guaranteed contract. he must be satisfied if he even gets a 10 day contract, he's in no position right now to demand more. He's also not the best fit for the team imo, I hope Doc gets his mind right and only give him a 10 day, to see what's left out of him.

No doubt you'll be disappointed.

This is subtraction by addition. If he passes the physical of course.

he's a good passer and can make some open shots, for the minimum what more do you want exactly?

Not someone whose game had slid so considerably that he should not even be in the NBA anymore. Cant jump and move at all anymore. He seems to have lost his shot since he went from the Magic to Toronto and has never shown he has it back.

Wait, the Clippers had a chance to win the title ?
That's bigger news than the Hedo signing.

Filled the spot saved for Odom. Much of the same player without the circus.

Won't believe this is a good signing until I see what old man Hedo has left in the tank. We really needed a backup big not combo 3/4 guy. Oh well.

TBH, I'd rather have him on the floor instead of Hollins.

Good signing for the Clippers, and they've actually seen Hedo in recent workouts as opposed to some people in this topic who are judging based off of past seasons on lottery teams. They're not stupid enough to sign a guy who provides nothing to the team.

Funny guy.

I agree, Hollins isn't good enough and I hope the Clippers realize this.

This was a brilliant signing for the Clippers. Paul, JJ, Griffin, Jordan and co. will all benefit from the "vitamins" Turkoglu gives out before the games.
