The Washington Wizards have assigned Glen Rice Jr. to the Iowa Energy of the D-League.

Rice fractured his wrist in mid-December.

A lot of these Rookies need more experience. D-League is best place for them. I almost just think if your not gett +15 mpg, that you should just stay at D-League for good portions, getting 20-30 mpg.
