Has had knee surgeries and is injury prone. Was drafted 17th overall. Never posted a PER above 12, poor shooter, no playmaking ability (best season was 2.8 assist per game???), and overrated on defense

I'm sorry, I just do not see any value here? IMO the Knicks are better off just hanging onto him and hoping he reaches this potential I keep hearing about. I doubt any team is going to give up much value for him, especially a guy like Faried

What does being drafted 17th have to do with anything? Do you even watch the Knicks, he is our best defender (yes that includes Tyson Chandler)-- Put him on a franchise that knows what they are doing and he will be a valuable member of a championship team

I think you could say that about a lot of role players on bad teams
