Liggins was previously with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, D-League affiliate of the Heat.

They could buyout Douglas no? Not sure how this buyout crap works... They still have an MLE for 3.1million unless thats gone with this signing

With a 6"11 wingspan , a true role player comfortable in doing whatever is needed for the team. Caught up in a domestic issue he is getting a second chance and the Heat might get a good contributor.
