Derrick Rose tore his meniscus early in the season and was subsequently ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Gar Forman, general manager of the Chicago Bulls, reiterated on Thursday that Rose is out for the season and has been ruled out of the postseason.

There had been reports, albeit from less than reputable sources, that Rose could return to the postseason.

This is about the 10th time it's been reported that Rose won't return for the postseason. I'm pretty sure everyone gets it.

After last season, even if fully NBA ready, they still wouldn't play him.
