Jason Kidd Fined $25K By NBA For Criticism Of Officiating

Jason Kidd has been fined $25,000 for his public criticism of the NBA's officiating, the league announced Friday.

Kidd made comments on a conference call on Thursday that criticized the refereeing in the Brooklyn Nets' loss to the Toronto Raptors in Game 5.

If anyone has been watching the series, they can tell by the first 4 games that Brooklyn received most of the favour when it came to calls. Last 3 charges of game 5 were good calls, and went the Raptors way...but overall, I don't think so.

He's lucky his team came back, if they hadn't there would be no way he should be complaining about losing 20+. :crazy:

His sly moved works again! Complain publicly about officiating leads to better calls in the future..for a dumb guy he made a smart move, I wonder if his assistants drew that up for him.
