Cavs are finally making good moves regarding personnel. David Griffin and David Blatt are awesome choices. Well done Gilbert. Now please let them do their jobs.

A much better option than retreading mediocre NBA coaches, and a good choice - he's a very good coach. How he'll get along with Irving and Waiters' immaturity will be interesting to see, as well as how he'll deal with the youth of Bennett and the 1st overall pick.

I wonder how long it will take him until he sends the inconsistent Miles to the doghouse...

Lebron definitely isn't going there now. I'm sure this wouldn't have been the coach of his choice.

Yeah, I'm sure he'd prefer playing for Mike Brown again...

As a Jazz fan, what do you think about the #1 for #5 and Favors rumor?

I think it might be true. While reports vary - one source said the Cavs were the ones who offered it (which I doubt), and then a Jazz reporter said his sources said it were the Jazz who offered it, which I think is much more likely - I tend to believe that is true. That is - that the Jazz offered it to the Cavs. As a Jazz fan, I'd do it. I think the Cavs could do a bit better.

Now that the Warriors signed Alvin Gentry to be the offensive assistant coach, there's no need to go after David Blatt. The Warriors will now focus on going after Ron Adams as the defensive assistant coach, Chip Engelland as the shooting assistant coach, and hopefully, Chauncey Billups as the player development assistant coach/potential head coach in the making if Steve Kerr doesn't work out LOL!

Head Coach: Steve Kerr
Assistant Coach: Alvin Gentry (Offensive Coach)
Assistant Coach: Ron Adams (Defensive Coach)
Assistant Coach: Chip Engelland (Shooting Coach)
Assistant Coach: Chauncey Billups (Player Development Coach)

I am pumped. Finally a good love by the Cavs.

Now draft the right player and win some games!

Now that's saying something.

Other than being the coach of the Cleveland Browns it might be the worst job in sports.

I think the biggest difference is gonna be players attitudes... especially on this young, dysfunctional Cavs team
