Mavs Submit Chandler Parsons Offer Sheet To Rockets

The Dallas Mavericks submitted their three-year, $46 million offer sheet signed by Chandler Parsons to the Houston Rockets at approximately 3:00 PM EST on Thursday. The Rockets will have three days to match.
The Rockets and Mavericks discussed sign-and-trade discussions briefly before the offer sheet was submitted.
The two sides now cannot work together on a deal.
