Lebron is very similar to Magic Johnson. Who at his time WAS an all-rounded superstar. And that is exactly what Lebron James is. Everyone else can take a number behind him for most well-rounded player in this generation.

LeBron was in line with distributors like Magic, P, Hardaway, J. Williams in terms of passing ability while knowing how to score at will.
Though as he got a bit older, he resorted to utilizing league's rules to increase his salary more so than his legacy.
Part of it has to do with how individualistic the NBA "team" basketball game has become as compare to the 80's and the 90's.

LeBron has way better defense than magic and he is better than magic offensively, but harden needs to shut up I can name 3 easy better than him all around. Without the euro step his moves are limited and he just throws up left hand trash when someone closes the lane

Now he joins Monta Ellis et Paul Pierce who called themselves "best player in the world" while being faaaaar away from it.
Harden is a great scorer but hardly anything else. Lebron, Anthony Davis, Durant, Iguodala,... are all around players.

Kobe comes back to being Kobe.. Wade has 1 more great season to try to show Lebron he could have got a ring if he stayed.. Next offseason Harden is borderline top 5 at his position with guys like Derozan & Beal.

Doesn't all around me, both sides of court. I think he should use the term "best all around on offense", cause that is something he might actually qualify for.

I just got done mocking him earlier in this thread, but there is no comparison at all between James Harden and Bradley Beal. Not even much of one with DeRozan. Even if the old guys both come back with some magic wayback season, he's still then the clear cut #3.

I believe he believes it, because after watching him play it's clear he's not aware a defensive side of the game even exists.

I think that was James hard on not James harden. Just going by the back of the jersey though. But great moves (especially the hop, hop, hop), good handle (Didn't lose the ball once), Shot looked fundamentally sound with great rotation. The beard was even better than James hardens.
Kyrie most of the time when he shoots starts with the ball and then dribbles a while then shoots. -statistical analysis from a 'longtime' Cavs fan (June 2017)

Best all around on offense ?

Lebron, Durant, Melo and a bunch of others are laughing their asses off at this.

Move over, Stephon:

Image

There's a new king idiot in the league.

I couldn't stand Harden, so I am not surprised at his statement.
Watching him play (albeit not that much) with the Rockets and he seemed very very selfish (on O by not moving the ball and on D by not giving a ****). Looks like he has more Marbury in him than even I thought.

We can already see his teammates are as thrilled to play with him as Marbury's teammates were, and I am pretty sure he'll have just as much success as Marbury did.

BTW: him being such a selfish idiotic jackass makes OKC look better for trading him, but his stupidity shouldn't excuse their cheapness.

Every time you hear this guy speaking you understand how good it was for the Thunder to get rid of him. His head is getting bigger by the day.

James Harden has so many over the top " Haters", I'm becoming a bigger fan.

That's right, man. If you don't think it, you can't do it.

on offense i would say hes top 5 all around ya, but its close...james, durant, cp3 are clearly better, then melo and curry have a case...hes nowhere near the best though lol and hes a very poor wing defender which impacts his overall greatness

Even if we ignore his terrible defense the fact he still thinks he's better than Bron and KD is ridiculous on its own.
