Jimmy Butler, Bulls Unlikely To Agree Upon Extension

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed Oct 29, 2014 5:29 pm

Jimmy Butler and the Chicago Bulls are unlikely to agree to a contract extension before Friday's deadline, according to sources.

Butler is currently out two to four weeks with a thumb sprain.

Butler would become a restricted free agent in 2015.

They did just sign Trevor Ariza to a 4 year contract. There is no spot for Butler on Houston's roster, unless they want to move either him or Ariza to the bench at a starters salary.

twas kinda a bulls inside joke, since we've lost asik to the rockets because of their huge offer in rest. free agency.
