The Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors lead the NBA in efficiency differential with a +15.4 and +15.3 mark respectively after the first week of games.


The Miami Heat rank third at +12.4.

So far it's a very small sample size.
I doubt San Antonio will have a negative differential for long.
Cleveland's should improve as well.
The Knicks high negative differential is interesting since they are 2-1 by slipping in two wins but getting crushed in their one loss against Chicago.

Also, the Lakers have an absolutely awful differential. I don't think it's a coincidence that the two teams that blew the Lakers out (Houston & GS) are the top-2.

Statistical analysis just 3 games into an 82-game season is laughable. It's completely stupid, and it's a colossal waste of bandwidth to even discuss it.
